"We had a unique custom home in Olalla WA about 13 minutes from the YMCA in Gig Harbor, with water views of Vashon and Colvos passage It was walking distance to 2000 feet of waterfront at the Anderson Point County Park below the house. We listed it last year for ten months and although our broker is a great friend and had sold our Port Orchard Home and found us the lot for this home we just could not get people from Pierce and King County to look at our home. In fact, Jennie actually sold our house once (they could not sell their home in California as a contingency) and almost a second time to a family who wanted a six bedroom home. Other than that we just did not get any serious inquiries and even had one agent in Gig Harbor tell her clients that they don't want to be in Olalla as it is a low rent area. We took the home off the market and relisted with Jennie in April. What a total difference in the type of activity. She focused on staging the home for us (on her dime) and really works the social media instead of archaic hard copy advertising. Instead of cursing Zillow and others as a bad thing she focuses her marketing dollars with them for maximum exposure. We had several other agents mention how they are always surprised at the number of out of town buyers that Jennie brings in. In fact, she has sold several high-end homes in Kitsap County where she was the buyers' agent. Now we know why. She does not just depend on listings but she works all avenues of social marketing, which may be why she did over $27M in sales last year. She is a true salesperson not an order taker like so many Real Estate people have become these days. To be fair, the buyers actually had looked at our home last year. What was funny is that their agent is actually one of Jennie's agents. However, when we closed the deal after four hours they ended up paying $23K more than what we listed it for last year. We believe that the big difference was a direct result of Jennie specializing in higher-end homes. She realizes that she needs to spend money on marketing to get to those higher-end clients. The other thing that impressed us is she does actively market Kitsap County since the average comparable homes are several tens of thousands less than Pierce county and is a much better deal for many of her high-end clients. We can unequivocally recommend Jenni and her agency as one of the premier professionals in the real estate industry."
